We grow and develop innovative berry ingredients, from purees to individually quick frozen and cold-infused dried blueberries. Our blueberry, raspberry and blackberry ingredients will easily infuse your creations with naturally delectable sweetness.
Frozen
While fresh fruit is a beautiful thing, its frozen counterpart is equally as nutritious and even more versatile. Individually frozen to avoid clumping and to maintain the structural integrity of each berry.
Concentrate
Whether developing a new juice blend or a new flavor of frozen yogurt, you can depend on our juices and concentrates to add the right amount of berry goodness. We offer 5-galon pails and 55-gallon drums of 65 brix organic and conventional concentrates.
Purees
Puree Stock berries are mechanically sorted, washed and frozen, and ideal for production of premium puree products. This product is inspected throughout the process to assure a clean, wholesome product which is in complete compliance with good manufacturing practices and the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Dried Infused
Our patented process for producing warm-infused dried blueberries means that the product is able to retain its natural juices and flavor—without the need for artificial flavoring or coloring. Pretty exciting, right? Our warm-infused dried blueberries are also preservative free, and simply delicious.
Powder
FBlueberry Powder is an all-natural product made from the blueberry pomace, generated from the processing of blueberries blended with whole dried blueberries. Product of USA. Kosher certified.
